Mark Raven has extensive experience with U.S. and international business and financing transactions and economic development, especially in Arizona and Mexico. Mr. Raven is fluent in Spanish and over the past fifteen years has traveled extensively to Mexico City, Baja California Sur and Sonora to negotiate and close business and real estate deals. He is a member of the Bi-National Board of Directors of the U.S.-Mexico Chamber of Commerce and Secretary of the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade.
Chris McDonagh has extensive experience in advising and representing clients in U.S. and international business and financing transactions, especially in Arizona and Mexico, and related dispute resolution and litigation in Arizona. Prior to coming to Tucson in 1996, Mr. McDonagh worked at an international law firm in Luxembourg City, Luxembourg. In 2004, he obtained a Master of Laws degree in International Trade Law from The University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. Mr. McDonagh is also a member of the Financial, Business and Legal Services Committee of the Arizona-Mexico Commission.
