Mark Raven has extensive experience advising and representing for-profit and non-profit health care providers. For more than twenty years, Mr. Raven has served as counsel to El Rio Santa Cruz Neighborhood Health Center, Inc., a non-profit § 501(c)(3) tax-exempt organization. Our firm also represents El Rio Foundation, Inc., and a number of other non-profit and for-profit health care providers, including physician groups and individual health care providers.
